Abstract Submission

Guidelines

Abstracts should not have been presented elsewhere or published prior to submission
The presenting author should ensure that all co-authors approve the submission and presentation of the findings
There is no limit to the number of abstracts submitted by an author
The abstract should be submitted by the presenting author. In case unable to present, a co-author may be designated after intimating the Abstract Committee
Correspondence regarding acceptance and instructions for presentation will only be sent to the submitting author

Preparation and Submission

All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Conference registration process by 10th November, 2016
Abstracts should be submitted in English, using Times New Roman font, size 10.5 pt.
The abstract may contain a maximum of 250 words with spaces
The text should be arranged in separate lines as follows:
Title (Arial, 12 pt, boldface, 2 lines); Name of Author(s) (Times New Roman, 10.5 pt, 2 lines) [Place the superscript number after each name.]
Affiliation(s) (Times New Roman, 10.5 pt, italics, 3 lines) [Place the superscript number before each affiliation.]
The abstract should be prepared as a word document (.doc or .docx file), including the table or figure, and uploaded it using Abstract template
This abstract will be directly printed in the Book of Abstracts. Send a word document. Do not send a pdf file.
Type only inside the box. If the abstract exceeds the specified frame size, some words may be omitted when printing.
An automatic reply will be sent on submission. If the submitting author does not receive an email confirmation within two business days of submission, please contact siamgcon2016@indiattitude.com
No change to contents will be possible once the abstract has been submitted

Notification

Presenting authors will be informed about the acceptance, mode of presentation within one week of last day of submission of abstract

The Poster Presentation size will be 4 ft (height) x 3 ft (width)
