Registration Guidelines:

Registration Fee Includes - Conference Kit, Conference Sessions, Lunch on Conference days, Entry for Exhibition area, Sessions Tea / Coffee. For Workshop registration only workshop sessions and Lunch, Tea/ Coffee will be included
Students must submit a bonafide certificate from HOD / Institute during online registration
Accompanying persons & children will not be allowed to the scientific sessions
For Spot registrants during conference, delegate kit will be provided subject to availability
For Spot Registrations: Only Cash / Card Swipe will be accepted.
Last Date for Abstract Submission is 10th November, 2016
Registration is mandatory for all.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be received in writing to siamgcon2016@indiattitude.com
Refunds will be processed30 Daysafter the completion of the conference
In case, you opt for Hotel booking during registration process and wish to cancel registration afterwards, separate cancellation charges for hotel booking applies (which is outside the purview of conference)
